Where we ship to

We ship to Austria and to the destinations listed under "Shipping costs" below. At the moment our online shop does not accept orders for other destinations, including Japan and Russia. If you would like to order to another country, please contact contact@tokiol.io before ordering.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you place the order. Works are packed by us for art transport. The cost depends on the destination and on the total packed weight of your order, including the work, any frame and the packaging.

  • Austria: up to 4 kg €26; over 4 kg up to 10 kg €39; over 10 kg up to 31.5 kg €109.
  • European Union (excluding Austria) and Monaco: up to 4 kg €26; over 4 kg up to 10 kg €39; over 10 kg up to 31.5 kg €109.
  • Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Israel, Lebanon, Morocco and Egypt: up to 4 kg €31; over 4 kg up to 10 kg €54; over 10 kg up to 31.5 kg €146.
  • United States, shipped by DHL Express with import duties and taxes prepaid by us (delivered duty paid): up to 4 kg €375; over 4 kg up to 10 kg €535. No further import charges are payable on delivery (see below).
  • Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain, shipped by DHL Express: up to 4 kg €505; over 4 kg up to 10 kg €690. Import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees are payable by the recipient (see below).
  • Canada, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Nigeria and Ghana: up to 4 kg €43; over 4 kg up to 10 kg €76; over 10 kg up to 31.5 kg €203.
  • China (including Hong Kong and Macao), India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Mongolia, Brunei, Maldives, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay, Panama, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, South Africa, Kenya, Mauritius and Tanzania: up to 4 kg €54; over 4 kg up to 10 kg €99; over 10 kg up to 31.5 kg €254.
  • Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, French Polynesia and New Caledonia: up to 4 kg €73; over 4 kg up to 10 kg €145; over 10 kg up to 31.5 kg €421.

Zines are shipped as small parcels, priced by total weight (about 0.1 kg per zine):

  • Austria: €4.
  • European Union (excluding Austria) and Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Serbia: up to 0.5 kg (about 5 zines) €9.50; over 0.5 kg up to 2 kg €14.50.
  • All other destinations listed above, except the United States and the United Kingdom: up to 0.5 kg €16.50; over 0.5 kg up to 2 kg €26. Import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees are payable by the recipient (see below).

Zines are not sold to the United States or the United Kingdom. For zine orders above 2 kg, please contact us before ordering.

If your order contains items with different shipping rates, for example zines together with framed works, the total shipping cost for the whole order is shown at checkout before you place the order. For orders above 31.5 kg (above 10 kg for the United States, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain), or works that are larger than 100 cm in any direction when packed, please contact us before ordering and we will arrange shipping with you.

We do not offer collection from our premises or hand-over at art fairs. All orders, including those placed during an art fair, are shipped to the delivery address.

Delivery times

Our works (giclée prints, framed and unframed, and other works) are prepared, finished and packed for you after your order. Unless the product page states otherwise, they are dispatched within approximately one month after receipt of payment; transit time comes in addition. Publications and zines held in stock in Vienna are dispatched within 3–5 working days after receipt of payment. Orders placed during Art Market Budapest (15–18 October 2026) are shipped after the fair, within the same time frame. Transit times within the EU are typically 2–7 working days depending on the destination and carrier; shipments by DHL Express to the United States, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain typically take a few working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. We do not dispatch on weekends or Austrian public holidays. If an order contains items with different lead times, we may ship them separately; we will inform you in advance.

VAT

For deliveries within the European Union, prices include value added tax (VAT) at the rate applicable to your delivery country, as shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the European Union, no Austrian or EU VAT is charged.

Customs and import charges (outside the EU)

United States: Shipments to the United States are sent by DHL Express with import duties and taxes prepaid by us (delivered duty paid). The shipping cost shown at checkout covers this; you do not have to pay duties, taxes or fees to the carrier on delivery.

Other destinations outside the EU, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain: Import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance fees of the destination country are payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Transport damage

Please check the parcel on receipt. If the packaging or the work is damaged, note the damage with the carrier where possible and contact us within 48 hours with photographs. This helps us to settle the claim with the carrier quickly and does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment methods

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. For works priced on request, we also accept payment by bank transfer (SEPA); the work is reserved for 7 days after acceptance of our offer and dispatched after receipt of payment; the lead time above then runs from that date.
