Momiji 1

A young woman with long dark hair, seen from the side, stands among fresh green maple leaves in a cream kimono printed with maples in red and orange. Green above, red on the cloth: as if summer and autumn had passed through the same picture, held together by an easy, sure line.

Copic markers and colored pencils on Kent paper, 2024. Original size B4. A unique work, supplied with a certificate of sale. Framed in a thin white frame with mat (frame size 30 × 40 cm).
